Our Mission
Culture in Full Color was founded by Black women who believe representation belongs everywhere. What began as a desire to gather has grown into an intentional movement of families, friends, and creators showing up boldly and unapologetically.
With the support and energy of Black Girls Gone Disney, this community celebration brings culture into spaces where magic already lives.
We believe joy is powerful.
We believe visibility matters.
And we believe when culture shows up in full color, it transforms the experience for everyone.
MEET YOUR HOSTS
Teddy
A Disney lover at heart, Teddy finds joy in the simple magic of wearing ears and enjoying a hamburger spring roll at Magic Kingdom. An HBCU graduate with two degrees in architecture, she brings creativity and an artistic spirit shaped by her love of dance, music, and design.
Her favorite character is Stitch, her favorite princesses are Brandy and Kida, and EPCOT holds a special place as her favorite park. As an introverted extrovert, Teddy enjoys connecting through Disney meetups, themed markets, and cosplay experiences throughout the year.
Roxane
A proud Miami native and homeschooling mom, Roxanne brings heart, creativity, and vibrant energy to Culture in Full Color. She finds joy in Disney days, home cooked meals, early morning runs, and any excuse to dance.
Her favorite princesses, Tiana and Pocahontas, reflect her love for strength, grace, and staying rooted in purpose. A loyal fan of Donald Duck, she never says no to Disney popcorn and holds a special place in her heart for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Above all, Roxanne’s greatest joy is seeing people thrive in their peace and happiness.
Cali
Cali is a visionary behind Culture in Full Color, blending community, culture, and celebration into experiences that feel unforgettable. A proud mom and natural connector, she believes representation belongs everywhere, including the most iconic spaces.
An avid Disney enthusiast, Cali’s heart lives at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, her favorite park is EPCOT, and she will happily ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind again and again. Missing the nighttime spectacular at EPCOT is simply not an option, because if she ever rotates a trip and skips the fireworks, she is in a very, very, very bad mood.
Driven by legacy and fueled by love, Cali is building moments that empower families to show up boldly, celebrate unapologetically, and create memories in full color.
Jersey
Jersey is a visionary community builder, creative director, and Disney travel professional who transforms ordinary park days into unforgettable cultural experiences. With an eye for design and a gift for organization, she curates immersive gatherings filled with intention, style, and magic.
From Black centered celebrations at Walt Disney World to themed weekends and curated group experiences, every detail reflects her commitment to culture, connection, and excellence.
At her core, Jersey believes in celebrating identity boldly and creating spaces where Black women can show up fully, beautifully, and unapologetically.
